The RIVEX FS12 is a revolutionary battery powered rivet nut tool. It places rivet nuts on stroke as well as on force. The riveting tool is equipped with a 1” color screen that allows the user to adjust the tool parameters and to read the machinestatus. Its compact size, together with its light weight, make the machine ideal for long hours of use. Thanks to the powerful, brushless motor, blind rivet nuts can be placed from M3 to M10 (in aluminium, steel and stainless steel) and M12 (in aluminum and steel). The interchanging of threaded mandrels and anvils can be done without additional tools. The incorporated LED lighting ensures that there is always sufficient light on the workpiece.

Force and stroke controlled

Because the machine places rivet nuts on stroke and on force, this tool is suitable for placing blind rivet nuts in all workpieces and under all circumstances. For serial work in workpieces with a constant material thickness, the placing on stroke function is the most suitable option. The placement on stroke can be set digitally from 0.1 to 10mm, with a step size of 0.1mm. On the other hand, if a workpiece has several material thicknesses, then placement by force is the most suitable choice. The placement on force can be set digitally from 1-199, with a step size of 1. The supplied advice card indicates the recommended values per size blind rivet nut from different materials.

1” color screen

All parameters can be adjusted on the 1” color screen by pushing the 3 buttons located below it. Here you can choose for placement on stroke or on force, and the prefered values. The way of spinning on the blind rivet nut is possible either by pressing it against the threaded mandrel or by pressing the push button. The tool has a count function where the user can enter the amount of rivet nuts a workpiece contains. After placing the wished value, the machine will ask for a confimation. This ensures that all blind rivet nuts have been placed in the workpiece. The machine status and error messages are will be also shown on the screen. There are 4 languages available: English, German, French, Spanish.
