The RIVEX RV50 is a battery powered riveting tool that can place blind rivets with a diameter of 2.4-5.0mm in all materials. Its compact size, together with its light weight, make the machine perfect for long production hours. The incorporated LED lighting ensures that there is always sufficient light on the workpiece. Due to the strong brushless motor, the blind rivet tool has a traction force of 16kN and a displacement of 25mm.

Autoreverse system

The RV50 cordless rivet tool is equipped with an autoreverse system. This system ensures that the machine immediately returns to the starting position after breaking off the mandrel of the blind rivet, which saves time and energy. The blind rivet tool is then inmediately ready for use. If desired, this function can also be turned off by holding down the push button for 10 seconds. By pressing the push button again for 10 seconds will activate it again.

Status LED’s

The tool is equipped with status LED’s on top of the machine for reading its status. Optional retaining nosepieces are available, which ensure that the blind rivets are clamped in the machine, even if it is held down with the blind rivet. Another optional part is a nosepiece for Monobolt Ø 4.8mm structural blind rivets.
